1tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 300g chicken breast
- 250g chickpeas
- Coriander, to garnish

Heavy cream, to finish
- Rice, to serve
- Naan, to serve
- Special Makhani Simmer-Sauce
Directions
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion until softened (a few mins). Then chop the chicken into small chunks and fry in the pan for a further 5 minutes.
Stir our jar of Special Makhani Simmer-Sauce into the pan along with a can of chickpeas and some water if needed.
Cook through until piping hot and the chicken is cooked.
Serve straight away with rice and naan. Garnish with coriander and heavy cream.
