Once you tot, you just can’t stop. Crispy tater tots made in the air fryer, smothered in Buffalo Hot Sauce, drizzled with Ranch Mayo, and topped with fresh spring onions. Addictive or what?

Ingredients
-
500g Maris piper potatoes, peeled
-
2 tbsp plain flour
-
2 spring onions, finely sliced
-
Vegetable oil, for air frying
-
Pizza and Pasta Seasoning
-
Buffalo Hot Sauce, to drizzle
-
Ranch Mayo, to drizzle
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the peeled potatoes and parboil for 5 minutes until fork tender.
Drain, then let them cool slightly before grating them using the coarse side of a box grater.
In a bowl, mix the grated potato with the flour and Pizza and Pasta Seasoning.
Scoop out small amounts and shape them into small balls.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Lightly brush or spray the tater tots with vegetable oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the hot tater tots to a bowl and drizzle over Buffalo Hot Sauce and Ranch Mayo. Finish by sprinkling spring onion on top.
