If you’re not banging these on your BBQ this summer, you’re doing it wrong. Honey Sriracha Drizzle marinated prawns, air fried or barbecued until crispy, and covered with even more hot honey. Do BBQ dishes get any better?

Ingredients
- 300g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
-
2 tbsp Honey Sriracha Drizzle (plus extra to serve)
- 1 tbsp neutral oil (like veg or sunflower)
- Salt and black pepper
- 50g plain flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 80g panko breadcrumbs
-
Fresh parsley, chopped
-
Wooden skewers
Directions
Marinate the prawns
In a bowl, mix prawns with oil, Honey Sriracha Drizzle, salt and pepper. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Set up your breading station
- Put flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and panko in a third.
Coat the prawns
One by one, dip the marinated prawns into the flour, then egg, then panko - coating well. Wet skewers before threading 3–4 prawns onto each skewer.
Cook your skewers
Preheat air fryer to 200° if using one. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
Drizzle and serve
Drizzle with extra Honey Sriracha Drizzle, scatter over parsley, and get stuck in.
