The teriyaki chicken salad of your dreams. Juicy chicken, crunchy veg, and a generous heap of Miso Teriyaki BBQ Sauce. Mouthwatering.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 head of cos lettuce, chopped
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, shredded
- 1 handful beansprouts
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Coriander, to garnish

3 tablespoons Miso Teriyaki BBQ Sauce

Directions
Cook the Chicken Breasts
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season evenly with House Seasoning.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
Once done, pull apart the chicken with two forks, and cover in Miso Teriyaki BBQ Sauce.
Prepare the salad
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped lettuce, shredded carrots, cucumber, beansprouts and teriyaki chicken until well combined.
- Place the salad mixture onto a plate, before topping with more Miso Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, spring onions, and coriander.
- Serve immediately or prep for the week by keeping in the fridge.
Recipe Note
Add a subtle nutty flavour with sesame seeds to finish.
