150g chicken breast

100g cottage cheese

100g tagliatelle pasta

House Seasoning, for the chicken

100g Mother Tomato Simmer Sauce

Parmesan, optional to finish

Pizza and Pasta Seasoning, optional to finish
Directions
Season the chicken breast generously with House Seasoning and air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked and juicy. Let it rest before slicing.
Cook your pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Mother Tomato Simmer Sauce, and reserved pasta water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended sauce into a pan and warm it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and stir until the sauce evenly coats the tagliatelle.
Top with sliced chicken, before adding any extras you fancy, we chose a generous sprinkle of Pizza & Pasta Seasoning, and freshly grated Parmesan. Enjoy warm.
