Ingredients
-
Olives, pitted
-
100g cream cheese
-
100g plain flour
-
125-150ml whole milk
-
60g panko breadcrumbs
-
Your favourite seasonings
-
Buffalo Hot Sauce
-
Ranch Mayo
Directions
Mix your cream cheese and Buffalo Hot Sauce together, before placing the mixture into a piping bag and squeezing it into the centre of your olives. Set aside.
Mix the flour with your favourite seasonings, we chose salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, and put 1/3 of the mixture off to the side.
Take the other 2/3 of the dry mixture, and add milk to make a thick batter. Then empty your breadcrumbs into a separate bowl.
Take your buffalo cream cheese-stuffed olives, and coat them in the dry flour mixture, before completely covering in batter, and rolling around in breadcrumbs. Make sure olives are covered all over.
Air fry the olives at 200° for 15 minutes, they should be a golden-brown colour when finished.
Cover with fresh parsley, and enjoy with our Ranch Mayo.
Recipe Note
Add paprika to your flour mixture for an even spicier snack.
