Ingredients

1 medium onion

50g baby spinach
-
1 jar Golden Coconut Curry Cook-In Sauce

Olive Oil
-
100g chestnut mushrooms

Small handful coriander

226g block of paneer cheese
Directions
Finely dice your onion, slice the mushrooms and chop the coriander
Chop up your paneer into 2cm cubes
Heat up your oil in a large pan
Throw in your diced onion and cook until softened
Add sliced mushrooms (make sure to check out our mushroom tomato sauce) and paneer, cook for 5-6 minutes until the paneer starts to turn golden
Pour in your Golden Coconut Curry Cook-In Sauce, and a little bit of water if you like a thinner sauce. Simmer for 10 mins.
Add baby spinach and heat it for a further few minutes.
Recipe Note
Serve with rice, naan and we always recommend some form of chutney!
