Ingredients
-
255g pack halloumi, cut into chips
-
Holy Fire Hot Honey
-
30g plain flour
-
1 tsp paprika
-
Sunflower oil for frying
-
Sea salt & thyme
Directions
Mix flour and paprika together
Roll your halloumi pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated. Shake off excess.
Heat 1-2cm oil in a pan - medium heat.
Add a few pieces of halloumi at a time, cook until golden and turn using tongs.
Place any cooked halloumi fries on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle with sea salt and thyme. Dip in Holy Fire Hot Honey or drizzle it over the top. We'd recommend doing both!
