If you're looking for a meat-free curry option, you won't want to miss out on this recipe! This one is super simple, using our Special Makhani Cook-In Sauce along with a handful of other ingredients. It'll take you around 15 mins to cook.

Ingredients

1 jar Special Makhani Cook-In Sauce

2 tsp tandoori masala

1 tbsp vegetable oil

400g can of chickpeas

2 x 200g packs of paneer

100g frozen or fresh spinach

Natural yoghurt
-
Fresh coriander
-
Chapati or naan breads
Directions
Chop your paneer into 1-2cm cubes. Heat oil in a large pan.
Once your pan's hot enough, throw in the paneer and sprinkle over your tandoori masala
Once the paneer starts to go golden, add the jar of Special Makhani Cook-In Sauce, the chickpeas and the frozen spinach
Cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until all the ingredients are cooked through (6-8 mins)
Top with yoghurt and fresh coriander and serve up with your bread of choice!
