Hot honey and pepperoni might just be the best toppings of all time, especially on these easy pizza baguettes. This easy lunch recipe only takes 20 minutes to make, features our delicious Mother Tomato Simmer Sauce and is topped with sweet hot honey.

Ingredients
- 1 large baguette, sliced in half lengthways
- 150g mozzarella, shredded

Fresh basil
- 12 slices pepperoni

6 tbsp Mother Tomato Simmer Sauce

Honey Sriracha Drizzle (for drizzling)

Pizza and Pasta Seasoning, to season
Directions
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Place the baguette halves on a baking tray, cut side up, and bake for 5 minutes until crispy.
Spread Mother Tomato Simmer Sauce evenly over each half.
Layer fresh basil onto the sauce, before sprinkling on the shredded mozzarella and all the pepperoni slices.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the baguettes are crispy.
Finish by drizzling over hot honey, and Pizza and Pasta Seasoning.
