Ingredients
-
2 thick slices of bread
-
180g turkey breast slices
-
110g brie slices
-
10 pigs in blankets
-
30g stuffing
-
Butter (for spreading)
-
Brussels Sprout Ketchup
-
Spiced Cranberry Ketchup
Directions
Grab two slices of thick bread and spread butter on one side of each slice, before pan frying until crispy. Do not fry the other side.
Take one slice, and slather the fried side with Brussels Sprout Ketchup.
Then layer slices of turkey breast, followed by the pigs in blankets onto the slice.
Next, place a generous amount of brie on the pigs in blankets layer. The warmth of the blankets will help the brie to melt slightly.
Smother the pigs in blankets with Spiced Cranberry Ketchup, before crumbling a hearty portion of stuffing onto the sauce.
Complete your sandwich with another slice of the bread, making sure the fried side is facing downward. Press it down gently to bring all the delicious layers together.
- Heat a small amount of butter in a pan and place the toastie into the pan, after the bread is golden brown, flip the toastie. Take out of the pan once bread is golden-brown and brie is slightly melted.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
