Ingredients
- Ready-made pizza dough
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Fresh mozzarella
- Basil, to garnish

Directions
Preheat oven to 245°C. Heat an oven-safe cast iron pan over medium heat until hot.
On a floured surface, roll out the ready-made pizza dough to fit the size of your pan.
Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to the preheated, oiled cast iron pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is lightly golden. Remove from heat.
Spread Mother Tomato Simmer Sauce over the partially cooked dough. Layer with fresh mozzarella.
Transfer the pan pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden, and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pan from the oven. Pour Buffalo Hot Sauce onto the freshly baked pizza, before sprinkling fresh basil leaves on top. Slice and serve hot.
