Aji Amarillo Chillies are grown in South America and are a staple of Peruvian cooking. Known for their bright yellow colour and fruity, "sunny" flavour, they bring notes of mango and pineapple with a hit of gentle heat. Just the thing for a fresh and vibrant chilli jam.
