The Fire Set is built for people who want flavour first, with proper heat to back it up. Big flavour, not just heat.
They taste fresher than any normal supermarket sauce. The Buffalo sauce — not too spicy and very tangy and fresh tasting. The Sriracha was really, really nice. Not overly spicy but has a kick and a freshness I haven’t tasted here in the UK before. The Habanero goes so well with chicken and beef steak.

All of the sauces will be delivered with over 12 months and for mayonnaise it will be at least 6 months.
You can store them in the cupboard until opening and then when opened keep in the fridge.
Once opened we recommend using the ketchup, bbq and hot sauces within 3 months. The mayonnaise within 2 months and the simmer sauces within 3 days (you normally use the whole jar in one go).
At Sauce Shop, we use a few different chillies for our hot sauces. We aren't trying to make the hottest sauces on the planet, so you won't find any Carolina Reapers or Naga Vipers around here. We use chillies because of their flavour profile.
Most of our sauces feature jalapeños, one of the most popular chillies in the world. Once fermented, they bring lots of fresh, fruity and tangy flavours. We also use a lot of habaneros, another really popular chilli. You'll find these in Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce and Piri Piri. These are hotter, fruitier and more citrusy than jalapeños.
We've switched things up with our chilli jams. Our Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam features scotch bonnet, and our Amarillo Chilli Jam uses mild, mellow aji amarillo chillies.
All of the sauces in this range feature our signature fermented chillies. We take perfectly ripened chillies, salt them, and let them age for 2-4 weeks, unlocking all of their complex, fruity layers of flavour.
Here at Sauce Shop, we aren't trying to make extreme heat hot sauces; it's just not what we're about. We work to a 1-4 heat scale (mild, medium, hot and very hot), and most of these sauces are at the hot level. This includes fan-favourites like Buffalo Hot Sauce, Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce and Honey Sriracha Drizzle.
The mildest sauce in this range is our Amarillo Chilli Jam, with a subtle, mellow heat profile. Piri Piri is our medium heat hot sauce - it's fresh, tangy and a great introduction to hot sauce.
There isn't a right or wrong way to use hot sauce; it's one of the most versatile ingredients in your kitchen. There are two main ways to use it - as an ingredient within a dish or as a finishing move on top of a dish.
As an ingredient, a few drops while cooking can make the dish. If you're cooking a chilli con carne that needs a kick, add in Original Hot Sauce - it's got quite a neutral flavour profile, with only 4 ingredients. If you're making a creamy pasta or mac & cheese, stir in a splash of Buffalo Hot Sauce – the tanginess cuts through the richness and brings the whole thing to life.
