
Buffalo Corn Ribs

Get ready to love these corn ribs. They're spicy, crispy and make a great side dish. For this corn ribs recipe, we've used Original BBQ Rub, and Buffalo Hot Sauce, but you could mix it up and use some of our other sauces.
Ingredients

4 corn on the cobs

1 tablespoon olive oil

Coriander, to garnish

2 tablespoons Original BBQ Rub

Good dollop Buffalo Hot Sauce

Ranch Mayo, to dip
Directions
Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cut each piece into quatres to resemble "ribs."
In a bowl, mix olive oil and our Original BBQ Rub. Ensuring they are well-covered.
Place the corn ribs on the prepared baking tray in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the corn ribs are golden and crispy, turning them halfway through for even cooking.
Once the corn ribs are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven. Smother in Buffalo Hot Sauce and garnish with fresh coriander. Use Sauce Shop Ranch Mayo to dip.
