Made in collaboration with Aldi, this is a Christmas condiment unlike any other. Crafted with our very own fermented Brussels sprouts, pour it all over your roast dinners, spread over a leftover sandwich or dunk festive snacks in it.
It’s tangy, savoury, crisp and balanced with some punchy green jalapeño heat. Sprout lover? It’s the sauce you’ve been dreaming about.
Every Sauce Shop hot sauce is made using fermented chillies, and now we’ve taken our passion for fermentation up a notch. We’ve mixed our classic green jalapeño mash with sprouts to create Brussels Sprout Kimchi. Controversial? Yes. Delicious? Absolutely.
This makes the perfect addition to a leftover sandwich or as an alternative to a more traditional Christmas condiment on your dinner. The sharp, spicy flavour profile makes it a great partner for a cheeseboard, or as a dip for all your festive snacks from pigs in blankets to spring rolls.
