We’ve taken Buffalo Hot Sauce and turned things up a notch. Truffalo keeps all the tang and heat of the original, with lots of decadent truffle. Just the thing for extra classy buffalo wings!

Based on our 3-star Great Taste Award-winning Buffalo Hot Sauce, you’re going to love this one. It’s tangy and sharp as any good buffalo sauce should be and packed with plenty of jalapeño for some familiar heat. But don’t be fooled, this remix will whack you in the face with truffle. We like to think of it as Buffalo Hot Sauce’s sophisticated older brother.

Like all our hot sauces, Truffalo is crafted with our signature aged jalapeño chillies. We take ripe jalapeños, salt, and age them for 2-4 weeks to bring out that fruity depth of flavour.

Cooking up some hot wings? Make sure you’ve got a bottle of this to hand. We love adding a few drops to a mac and cheese to spice things up or spreading a layer of it into a toasted sandwich. It’s also epic on anything breakfast related – think scrambled eggs, avocado on toast, the lot!

Lovely flavour, used to be runnier

I like the sauce shop, and their sauces. This used to be a bit runnier.

I'm knocking off a star as they've added citrus fibre and no other product I've seen from sauce shop uses it. I quite liked it runnier, but I can't tell if it's down to the addition of that, but I would prefer it without this ingredient
