Is it Christmas if you're not eating Brussels Sprout Ketchup? Everyone's favourite festive condiment is back for the final time. But heads up - stock is limited, so get it while you can!
Packed full of sprouts, with a balanced hit of onion and garlic, it's the Christmas condiment you need. It's sweet and tangy like ketchup, with loads of Christmas spices, including nutmeg and cinnamon. Think of it as an alternative to chutney or an Xmas classic like cranberry sauce - giving a sweet and sour kick to rich, festive foods.
We use Brussels Sprouts grown in Lincolnshire, down the road from Sauce Shop HQ in Nottingham.
Made for dunking pigs in blankets in and drizzling over leftover sandwiches. We love it as a chutney alternative on a cheeseboard, or to level up bubble and squeak.
