Like all our hot sauces, try our limited edition Spiced Cranberry Hot Honey and Brussels Sprout Kimchi Hot Sauce, made in collaboration with Aldi. These festive delights, were crafted with our signature aged chillies. Made by taking ripe jalapeños and habaneros, salt, and aging them for 2-4 weeks to bring out that fruity depth of flavour.
Planning your Boxing Day party food? Have a bottle of these close by – it’s perfect for dunking pigs in blankets. We love it poured all over a baked camembert, or as a chilli jam alternative on a cheeseboard.
