For this one, we’ve gone all out tropical which is why we’ve used barrel-aged habaneros – the perfect chilli to pair with tropical fruit. We’ve also crammed it with as much pineapple as we think a hot sauce could handle. Classic sweet habanero heat, and juicy, subtly smoky charred pineapple. It’s a match made in sauce heaven. Are Sauce Shop chilli sauces vegan?
Many of our chilli sauces are vegan, including our Original Hot Sauce, Sriracha Chilli Sauce and Habanero Hot Sauce. Honey Sriracha Drizzle is one of our most popular chilli sauces, but features honey in the recipe so isn’t vegan.
What's the difference between Mayonnaise and Aioli?
Ultimately, the end result is a fairly similar condiment in profile. But there are some key differences from the flavour profiles to their culinary origins and where you’d use each one.
What can I use hot sauce on?
You can use hot sauce on virtually anything. We’re big believers that a good sauce can make almost any food taste better, whether you’re making meals from scratch or cooking a ready meal in the microwave.
Does hot sauce have an expiration date?
Our hot sauces do have a best-before date, but we doubt they’ll last that long if you’re using them on your food! Upon delivery, our chilli sauces will have a best-before which is at least 1 year away. Once opening, keep them refrigerated and use them within 12 weeks (or 8 weeks for our chilli jams).
