Sauce Shop mayo is made using free range egg yolk, which gives it a thick texture and creamy, rich flavour. We've been making mayo from scratch since 2016 and perfecting our Original recipe for years.

This rich, creamy mayo is perfect in a sandwich or on a salad. Use it as a dip for pizza, nuggets and chips. Works well as a base for other flavours - try mixing with our Buffalo Hot Sauce or Smoky Chipotle Ketchup!

I have a sugar intolerance, so finding a mayo with no sugar is hard. This is by far the best no sugar mayo that I have found, no funny taste like some i've tried. Absolutely love it!

Just the right amount of vinegary tang and a silky consistency that isn't too thick. You can find others that don't contain dubious ingredients, but I searched for years for a mayonnaise that doesn't contain sugar before finding Sauce Shop. This triumph of a mayo is proof that it isn't needed.

We're Pam and James and we started Sauce Shop from our home kitchen in 2014 and a local farmer's market. Our products are now stocked in over 1300 stores across the UK.
