The fiery heat of aged jalapeños meets the floral sweetness of honey. If you love sriracha and sweet chilli sauces, this is for you. Drizzle on pizza, fried chicken, prawn toast and noodles. Add some sweet heat!

Sweet and savoury are a match made in heaven and we've maxed out on the combination here. Our barrel-aged jalapeños give a fruity floral flavour which compliments the sweetness of the honey. We add just the right amount of garlic for that savoury kick. 

This honey sriracha sauce is sweet, sticky and perfect on noodle dishes or as a dip for wonton and spring rolls. We love it on a pizza in place of hot honey. Try it with prawns and avocado or add it as a glaze to meats (works especially well as a glaze for Christmas ham!).
