At Sauce Shop we are on a mission to bring better sauce to the nation's tables. Our craft sauces are made without the use of thickeners or stabilisers, preservatives or flavourings. We shun corner-cutting ingredients such as powdered vegetables or concentrates and we don't add water to bulk out our sauces. The result is flavour and freshness you won't taste in typical big brand sauces.
We have gradually gained more and more stockists all over the UK over the last 3 years including Harvey Nichols, Whole Foods Market and Harrods and we are now really pleased to announce that our sauces can be purchased across the Dobbies Garden Centre group.

Lime & Coriander Sauce
2017 Great Taste Award winner. Perfect to accompany salmon, prawns and other seafood, also great with chicken or lamb. Use as a marinade, glaze or dip. Works nicely as a cooling accompaniment to Mexican or Indian dishes.
Our modern take on a traditional condiment, this subtly spiced ketchup is the perfect alternative to brown sauce. Bacon or sausage sandwiches and fry ups should not be without this sauce. It's also great with steak, burgers or can be used to add extra umami flavour to gravies or stews.
Beetroot Ketchup
The newbie in our range exclusively available in Dobbies. A perfect balance of sweet earthiness and sharp fruitiness. Beetroot and Bramley apple with a hint of spice. This ketchup pairs with anything smoky, try with BBQed, grilled or seared meats and fish. Great as a dip when combined with yoghurt or try it mixed into houmus!
The hero of our range, this is tomato ketchup as it should be. Bursting with juicy tomato flavour, perfectly balanced sharpness and sweetness and finished with familiar spices.
2017 Great Taste Award Winner. A seriously flavoursome ketchup made with chipotle peppers and tomatoes. This sauce is the perfect accompaniment to a BBQ, try glazing on ribs or chicken at the end of cooking. It’s also great on the side of pizza and fries. Basically use anywhere you might use ketchup or BBQ sauce!

South Carolina BBQ Sauce
2017 Great Taste Award Winner. Known as "Carolina Gold" in the USA, this is a tangy sweet mustard BBQ sauce. Nothing like sweet and smoky barbecue sauce we're used to, this is perfect mixed with pulled pork and then served with fries or mash. Can be used as a marinade or glaze for all kinds of meats including chicken, ribs and brisket. Works well as a steak sauce too.
Korean BBQ Sauce
BBQ Sauce but not as you know it. This sauce is super savoury and sweet with aromatic ginger and sesame. Can be mixed with pulled pork for an Asian twist on this barbecue classic. Use as a stir fry sauce, with shredded duck pancakes or as a dip for crackers and spring rolls. Glaze pork belly or ribs for an incredible flavourful crust.
